Meet Rob: South London native, Brit School alum, and renowned London-based Casting Director. Rob's known for discovering fresh, award-winning talent while championing diversity, underrepresented voices, working class, and LGBTQ+ individuals. With a performance background, Rob founded RKA Talent agency before transitioning to casting for TV and Film projects worldwide.

Rob is a member of BAFTA and The Casting Society of America.
